Everyday Dorie - Sweet Chili Chicken Thighs

This is our favorite Dorie recipe of all time! Simple, quick, delicious!

My picture doesn't do justice to this fabulous dish!

I don't know what else to say except I'm tired of the cold and ready for spring but we haven't experienced anything like my northern friends. Still, I'm over it!

Be sure and visit the Everyday Dorie site. There are lots of great cooks over there!

Bon app├ętit!

  3. Yes, I am ready for warmer weather too.
The simple ones are some of her best recipes, aren't they?

  4. It's not that this recipe didn't sound great going into the adventure, but somehow we did not expect it to be as off the charts fabulous as it was. Literally we all kept saying "wow this is amazing" while I was thinking in my head how easy the whole process had been (we did not clean the pot mid way lol - slackers). Really enjoying the book so far, and really looking forward to spring too lol.

  5. Loved this, it was so good. We had a lot of fun cooking together and all the taste testers were together enjoying it. Definitely a repeat recipe.

  8. The bed of rice on your plate really sets off an attractive and delicious plate of chicken. We are all in agreement with this dish!

  9. "Easy" and "simple" doesn't translate often into something that's so "easy and simple" to make. It's dinner party-worthy and a crowd pleaser, for sure. For my first try, I only made half the recipe and didn't even share one of those tasty little thighs with anyone. Polished the plater off over a period of two days and never tried of it. I agree with you. That's a good recipe.

  10. Gosh, this sure was fabulous, even after taking into account its simplicity! Looks great, Guyla, and I hope it warms up for you all soon! I want the rain to stay over here because we need it so badly. :)
